I've spent my career inside founder led retail businesses navigating rapid growth. I've seen firsthand what happens when demand outpaces infrastructure: founders become the answer to every question, managers lack the tools to lead confidently, and teams struggle to deliver a consistent customer experience without constant direction.

I've also seen what's possible when businesses make the shift. When expectations are clear, leaders are developed, and the founder's vision is embedded into the business, growth becomes sustainable. Those experiences shaped the way I work today. While helping scale a boutique retailer from 7 to 26 locations, I built leadership development programs, customer experience standards, operational systems, and training that allowed the business to grow without losing the culture and brand experience that made it successful in the first place.

What excites me most isn't opening another store, it's helping founders step out of the day-to-day. By creating clear expectations, developing confident leaders, and building repeatable systems, I help businesses grow without requiring the founder to be everywhere at once.
